Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without giving a reason.
How to return an item
- Let us know at sakuradept79@gmail.com, giving your order number and the items concerned.
- We reply with the return address. Send the items back within 14 days of your request.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their tags. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Refund
We refund you within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method as the order. We may wait until we have received the items (or proof that they were sent) before refunding.
Faulty or non-conforming item
You are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Send us a photo of the fault at sakuradept79@gmail.com: we replace or refund the item, and we cover the return costs.
