Article 1 – Seller

Article 2 – Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on the website. By confirming your order, you accept them.

Article 3 – Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Shipping costs are shown before payment. Photos are as accurate as possible; slight colour differences may occur depending on the screen.

Article 4 – Order and payment

The order is confirmed once payment has been made in full. Payment is secure and processed by Shopify and its payment partners. A confirmation email is sent to you.

Article 5 – Delivery

Delivery times, zones and costs are detailed in our shipping policy.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw. The details are set out in our return and refund policy.

Article 7 – Legal guarantee

All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
