When will I get my order?
Every piece is made to order. Allow 10 to 20 days between your order and delivery. You get an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships. If you order several pieces, they may arrive in separate parcels.
How much is shipping?
€4.90, free from €59.90.
Where do you ship?
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland. Outside the EU (Norway, UK, Switzerland), customs duties may be charged on delivery and are paid by the recipient.
Which size should I pick?
Loose fit, but it runs a little small: if you are between two sizes, take the larger one. Sizes S to XXL. Not sure? Send us your usual size.
How do the duos work?
Hoodie + t-shirt: 15% off the duo. Shorts + t-shirt: the duo for €59.90. The discount applies automatically in your cart and cannot be combined with a promo code.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Email us your order number and we send you the return address. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their tags. Return shipping is paid by you. Refund within 14 days, to the original payment method.
My item is faulty, what now?
Send us a photo of the fault: we replace or refund the item and pay the return (2-year legal guarantee).
How do I care for my pieces?
Wash at 30 °C inside out, no tumble dryer, to keep the print intact.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, Bancontact, Klarna, Shop Pay and the express payments offered by your device. Payment is secured by Shopify.
How do I track my order?
With the tracking link sent by email when your order ships, or from your customer account.
